Dear colleagues,
We are excited to inform you that we are now ready to begin the inclusion of patients in the study “Prevalence, dynamics, and clinical implications of sarcopenia in patients with portosinusoidal vascular liver disorder”, that aims to evaluate the impact of sarcopenia and splanchnic volumetry on the prognosis of patients with PSVD.Study Overview:
The objective of this study is to comprehensively assess the impact of both sarcopenia and splanchnic volumetry on the prognosis of PSVD patients.Next Steps:
If you are interested in participating, please let us know at your earliest convenience. The detailed study protocol can be found on the website. Additionally, we kindly request you to provide the name and email of the person who will be responsible for entering the data to grant them access to the RedCap database. Once you have access to the database, you may choose to fill specific data for sarcopenia, splanchnic volumetry, or both, depending on the subproject that you are willing to participate in.Timeline:
