Dear VALDIG members,
Another year of successful VALDIG is complete.
On behalf of the Steering Committee we would like to thank you all for being part of this group and contribute to our activities, each one according to his/her own possibilities. We hope that you benefitted from attending our meetings in Amsterdam or in Ascona or following our homepage http://www.valdig.eu and that you were able to catch up with friends and colleagues and learnt just a little more about vascular liver diseases.
A big thank you goes to all of the speakers and chairs who took time out of their busy schedules to make individual contributions which we hope you found informative.
A special thank you should be made to all of the investigators who contributed to the studies that have been concluded (and some of them are published in full or abstract form) or are ongoing. You can find all information about these studies on http://valdig.eu/research-projects/.
Our thoughts now turn to our next VALDIG meeting during the ILC2018 in Paris for which we will provide you with details as soon as possible: we hope to see you all in Paris!
