ERN Rare Liver exploratory workshop // Padova, July 5-6 2023

Dear VALDIG members,
We are excited to inform you about a new opportunity for interaction and discussion regarding vascular liver diseases. ERN Rare Liver has allocated funds to the Working Groups for organizing an INTERNATIONAL EXPLORATORY WORKSHOP. The event will take place in Padova on July 5 and 6 2023, the institution of our soon-to-be VALDIG secretary!
Since funds are very limited, they will only partially cover the travel expenses of ERN members. Therefore, we are planning a hybrid meeting to ensure that all VALDIG members can participate. The program will be displayed on VALDIG website in the next days.
We would like to take advantage of this opportunity to organize a dedicated meeting to discuss aspects related to the VALDIG-ERN Rare Liver partnership, as well as research strategies and future perspectives of our consortium.
We would also like to invite you to discuss new research proposals for future collaborative studies. Considering the limited time available during that workshop, VALDIG steering committee will evaluate the proposals, and the highest-scoring ones will be presented during the workshop. Proposal should be no longer that 1 page (arial font 11 p) and contain title, rationale, aim, methods, expected results.
Please submit your proposals by June 27th (email to vihernandez@clinic.cat; pierre-emmanuel.rautou@inserm.fr; marcosenzolo@hotmail.com)! This will allow us sufficient time for evaluation and selection.
